Job summary

Shaner Hotels’ Courtyard Madeira Beach is seeking hospitality professionals to join our award-winning team along Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. The 91-room property offers waterfront views and an exceptional guest experience for both business and leisure travellers.

Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve drinks and meals, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting daily F&B operations. Must have at least one year of experience, be able to obtain the state age requirement for

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and co-workers clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables, courteously and efficiently.
• Collect payments.
• Assist in maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
