Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage server at the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort Marathon in Florida. You will take orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and deliver meals to tables in accordance with hotel specifications.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining the restaurant area and equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Some shifts may include weekends and holidays, with emphasis on safety and friendly service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety training required; alcohol awareness (TIPS) training.

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
