Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/transportation, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution and/or transportation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and feedback handling.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily under supervision.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping per SOPs.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities.
• Support staff in storing, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain product location system and space utilization.
• Assist in inventory control.
• Ensure safe operation of handling equipment.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately.
• Provide staff training under supervisor guidance.
