Job summary

ND Defense LLC is seeking a Materials Supervisor for a temporary assignment on the second shift (6:30 PM–5:00 AM). You will oversee warehouse associates, team leads, and material handlers to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce safety and ITAR/EAR controls, and serve as the frontline link to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; degree preferred in logistics or related field.
3–5 years in warehouse/distribution with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience with WMS and ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle).
Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Supervise and prioritize daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, inventory, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.
Assign work duties and manage task distribution across team leads and associates.
Monitor workflow to meet productivity targets and delivery timelines.
Ensure proper receiving, labeling, storage, and issue of materials per SOP and quality requirements.
Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement to align with build schedules.
