Job summary

REI in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick and place items, receive inventory, price mark, pack customer orders, and prepare bikes for assembly, contributing to a fast-paced, outdoors-focused environment.

No warehouse experience is required; we value flexibility across departments, safety and efficiency, and offer a strong benefits package and an employee discount. Schedule is Mon-Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing 20–30 pounds, up to 65 pounds.
• Stand/walk on concrete floors for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Maintain efficient and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking and placing items in appropriate locations.
• Receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing orders.
• Handling cardboard and waste to support team efficiency.
• Preparing bikes for assembly.
