Job summary

REI Co-op in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, packing, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The role involves selecting items, receiving inventory, pricing, shipping, and preparing bikes for assembly.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience necessary.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes averaging 20–30 lb; max 65 lb.
• Able to stand or walk on concrete floors for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Work efficiently and safely by setting goals, priorities and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put items in appropriate locations.
• Receive inventory and price mark.
• Slice, ship, pack customer orders; prepare bikes for assembly.
• Handle cardboard and waste for team efficiency.
