Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sumner, WA to support fast-paced operations, including picking, locating items, receiving inventory and preparing bikes for assembly. The role offers a steady schedule and room for growth within a collaborative team.

You will join a safety‑driven environment with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy and teamwork, with opportunities for development and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience necessary.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Picking and putting items in appropriate locations.
• Receiving inventory and price marking.
• Splitting, shipping and packing customer orders.
• Preparing bikes for assembly.
• Handling cardboard and waste for team efficiency.
