Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a Friday–Sunday shift from 5:00am to 6:00pm. You may help pick and place items, receive inventory, price mark, split and ship orders, handle cardboard and waste, and prep bikes for assembly.

This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment with strong safety and teamwork. No previous warehouse experience is required, and you’ll have opportunities for career growth, a robust benefits package, and an associate discount program.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience necessary.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Picking and putting items in appropriate locations.
• Receiving inventory and price marking.
• Splitting, shipping and packing customer orders.
• Handling cardboard and waste for team efficiency.
• Preparing bikes for assembly.
