Job summary

Wafna in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to support the branch office. The role involves receiving, stocking, assembling, staging, loading, and unloading products, with a schedule of Monday to Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM and overtime.

You will package finished products for shipping, stage them for loading, verify orders, assist in inventory counts, operate a pallet jack, and provide on-the-job training to new staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under various time constraints.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product for shipping (Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stages finished product for loading.
• Check purchase orders/work orders to ensure products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery.
• Check items to ensure that the correct number of products are being assembled.
• Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
• Load the finished product onto the truck.
• Unload products from trucks, containers, and stock them in the designated area.
