Job summary

ETS is seeking a Warehouse Selector for an in-person, full-time evening shift in Vermont. You will select and prepare customer orders from multi-level racks using pallet jacks or forklifts, load pallets, and transport orders to the shipping dock.

The role requires lifting heavy items, comfort with dry/cooler/freezer environments, and meticulous order accuracy. Overtime is expected to cover peak periods and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy products regularly.
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments including dry, cooler, and freezer areas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection.
• Capability to work scheduled shifts with required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Manually load products onto pallets according to order sheets and company standards.
• Transport completed orders to the shipping dock and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
