Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Office Assistant to join our warehouse team. You will receive and inspect incoming product, ensure it is in saleable condition, and assist with required office duties.

The role supports timely distribution and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. The position offers a starting rate of $20.50 per hour with a $0.40 shift premium, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
• Previous receiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine condition of product on arrival and document any overages, shorts, damages.
• Direct outside carriers on sorting and segregation of product.
• Print pallet labels and enter purchase orders into the computer; assign doors.
• Operate required equipment after training; comply with safety rules.
• Maintain product integrity and minimize mispicks and damages.
• Work independently and in a team while following attendance policies.
