Richemont Americas in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Evening Shift. You will organize daily work, analyze data from dashboards and forecasts, and drive process improvements to sustain warehouse and delivery excellence.

The role requires leadership experience, proficiency in SAP and EWM, and fluent English communication. A college degree is preferred, with opportunities to advance through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and structured training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Other training/certifications a plus.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP reporting tools.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Lean concepts, Kaizen, Six Sigma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign daily work to meet daily operational demands per established target objectives.
• Analyze and apply data from reporting tools (Dashboard, Forecasts, and budgets).
• Analyze productivity and quality results to drive improvements or corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and supervise process quality controls to ensure procedural consistency.
• Execute initiatives to uphold warehouse and delivery excellence.
