As a warehouse associate you may work in one of four areas: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, and you may be moved between roles as needed. You will be essential to Staples Supply Chain operations, counting and using basic arithmetic, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with teammates in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic to complete tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Inclusive approach to colleagues and customers to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Must be able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand and wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily production goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock product.
• Custodian: perform general cleaning and maintenance in and around the facility.
