Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market Distribution Center is hiring an Evening Order Picker to start at $21.75 per hour. You will pick items using Voice, build and secure pallets, and load trailers while maintaining safety and accuracy. Weekend availability is required, with full-time hours and benefits described in the posting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of EPJ experience and familiarity with RF/Voice-directed systems and warehouse safety procedures. Medical and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of EPJ experience.
• Grocery distribution or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF/voice picking.

Responsibilities

• Picks items using Voice-driven process and correct quantities.
• Builds stable, well cubed pallets and shrink wraps as needed.
• Loads trailers and reports damage or quality issues.
• Follows labeling, stacking and put-away SOPs for inbound receipts.
• Utilizes WMS, RF, and Power Warehouse where available; collaborates on process improvements.
• Maintains food safety standards and general housekeeping.
