Job summary

Virginia Eagle Distributing Co. is seeking an evening shift Order Picker to build and verify delivery orders using EasyPick, scanning for accuracy, and moving pallets with electric pallet jacks. You may operate a sit-down forklift if certified and assist with loading trucks.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment with 50F indoor temps and drive-thru areas. Uniforms provided and PTO available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 15–40+ lbs repeatedly and work a long shift.
• Demonstrated attention to order accuracy and counts.
• Basic math skills for counting cases and quantities.
• Experience with pallet jacks and forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build delivery route orders using the EasyPick system.
• Verify order accuracy with two-step scan verification.
• Move and stage orders with pallet jacks; operate forklift if certified.
• Assist with loading trucks and end-of-shift cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment; cross-train as needed.
