Job summary

S.P. Richards Company is hiring a Warehouse/Distribution: FT Order Filler/Associate/Fulfillment in Memphis, TN. The role involves pulling orders efficiently and accurately, using voice picking and RF scanning, and meeting safety and productivity standards.

Standard hours are 4PM–1AM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $19.35 to $22.20 after 12 months of employment. Candidates should be able to read simple instructions and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be functionally literate with ability to understand product numbers and codes.
• High school diploma or GED completed; or 1–3 months related training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull all orders according to picking quota.
• Identify products and quantities, transport to checking station.
• Operate voice picking and RF scanning equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and housekeeping policies.
• Maintain accuracy and speed in repetitive tasks.
