Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse order picker to select cases and other containers from a multi-level rack system. You will move orders to the loading dock using an electric pallet jack and ensure timely, accurate shipments with strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include pallet operations, receiving, labeling, and staging orders; you will work in a multi-temperature environment and support a team in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-food items to fill customer orders.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move along multi-level racks to locate products.
• Wrap, label, and readied for shipment, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping dock staging area; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Perform safety checks, wear PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete paperwork and perform related duties as assigned.
