Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick cases and other items for customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse. You will place items on pallets, wrap and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Sunday–Friday with 4–5 day weeks and a 5pm start, averaging about 40 hours weekly. Training pay starts at $20/hour with incentives up to $26+/hour after training, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products per order sheets.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock.
• Perform end-of-shift equipment checks and paperwork.
