Team 360 Staffing seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role balances 45% Quality Control, 50% Routing, and 5% Order Pulling to ensure accurate, properly prepared outbound deliveries.

The ideal candidate thrives balancing physical warehouse work with administrative duties and enjoys coordinating routes, checking orders, loading, and maintaining QC documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, routing, or logistics.
• Experience operating rider pallet jacks and loading environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, routing tools, or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes based on delivery windows, truck capacity, and driver schedules.
• Perform outbound quality control by verifying order accuracy, product condition, labeling, and shipment compliance.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, load issues, and routing exceptions before dispatch.
• Ensure proper truck loading, weight distribution, and cube capacity compliance.
• Maintain QC documentation and support continuous process improvements.
• Assist with order staging, loading/unloading, and safely operate electric rider pallet jacks as needed.
