• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes based on delivery windows, truck capacity, and driver schedules.
• Perform outbound quality control by verifying order accuracy, product condition, labeling, and shipment compliance.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, load issues, and routing exceptions before dispatch.
• Ensure proper truck loading, weight distribution, and cube capacity compliance.
• Maintain QC documentation and support continuous process improvements.
• Assist with order staging, loading/unloading, and safely operate electric rider pallet jacks as needed.

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics operations. This is a hands-on role split between 45% Quality Control (QC), 50% Routing, and 5% Order Pulling, ensuring that outbound deliveries are accurate, efficiently routed, and properly prepared for delivery. Shift Options:

• 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Workdays: Sunday through Thursday

Overtime: May be required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities
