Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain Team in a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. You will operate forklifts and other MHE to pick and move products up to 100 lbs, support replenishment, returns, and shipping, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

We value teamwork, safety, and reliability. Suitable candidates can work overtime as needed and must be at least 18, with basic English skills and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain MHE operator certification and safely operate equipment.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Basic English language skills.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility.
• Assist in warehouse replenishment and putaway processes and ensure accuracy of product.
• Confirm accuracy of product and resolve discrepancies; unpack and palletize products; communicate with colleagues and customers as needed.
• Handle returns by moving and tagging items and ensuring correct quantities and descriptions.
