Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm shift in our Staples Supply Chain. You may work in Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk, moving products with forklifts and pallet jacks while following safety procedures.

We offer competitive pay of $23.50/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential), shoes after 60 days, PTO, discounts, a 401(k) match and wellness programs. You must pass a drug screen and be able to lift 70–100 lb.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 70–100 lb.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies in Warehouse Inventory Control.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers).
• Confirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies in Warehouse Clerk role.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
