Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in a distribution environment. The role supports outbound and inbound activities, handles order fulfillment, and ensures quality and safety standards are met during daily operations.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and using WMS; cross-training across warehouse areas; and performing housekeeping to maintain a safe workplace. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Able to operate material handling equipment and rotate areas.

Responsibilities

• Process orders per SOPs: pick, quality check, sort, pack, and load for shipment.
• Follow directions, adapt to priorities, work independently or with team.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
