Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound or outbound activities under supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. The role involves receiving products in the inbound area and shipping products in outbound operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort with heights. Overtime, rotation through warehouse areas, and experience with RF scanning or PIT equipment are

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.
PIT equipment experience preferred.
RF scanner/voice-pick experience preferred.
Overtime with little or no notice may be required.
Willingness to rotate to different warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

Process orders following SOPs: pick, quality checks, sort, consolidate, wrap pallets, pack and prepare shipments.
Follow directions and adapt priorities within a team or solo.
Pickup large cases with equipment or small items onto carts.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist on projects.
Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
Operate material handling equipment as assigned (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, reach truck).
Maintain clean, safe work environment and conduct inventory tasks.
Address issues in routine tasks and escalate as needed.
Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
Adhere to safety regulations and wear required PPE.
