Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a supervisor to oversee a work group and ensure department goals are met. The role features a 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule on weekdays with rotating Sundays and potential overtime based on business needs.

The position requires leading teams, interviewing and training staff, and ensuring safety compliance. You will drive performance, support process improvements, and maintain strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Supervise assistant receivers and helpers.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems.
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license and conformance with company driver policy.
• Pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to ensure personnel are informed of policies and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Operate power equipment, including forklift.
• May work as a backup driver as assigned.
