Kevidko Inc in Vernon, CA is seeking a PM Operations Coordinator to keep the warehouse's administrative side running smoothly during peak hours. You will work with the Warehouse Manager and Operations team to complete orders, paperwork, and inventory transactions on time, acting as the glue between warehouse, customer support, drivers, and management.

Responsibilities

Operations Support: Generate customer invoices, process same-day order changes, print delivery routes and driver paperwork.
Inventory & Warehouse Support: Record warehouse inventory transfers, nighttime receipts, and adjustments.
Customer & Sales Support: Open sales orders, assist with requests, coordinate with sales reps for order changes.
Administrative Support: Support managers, ensure paperwork is completed each shift, prep for next morning.
