Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Operations Coordinator to enable distribution center operations from a desk in an office environment, with occasional exposure to cooler areas. You will prepare routine forms, respond to inquiries, and support warehouse and transportation leadership.

Monday–Friday, 6AM–2:30PM, with pay starting at $23/hour and a base range of $18–$28. Overtime eligibility and a full benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clerical experience required.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent telephone and customer service ability.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Verify information and data for market compliance.
• Collect and input data on operations metrics to track performance.
• Create and maintain basic charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and databases for manager review.
