Job summary

Dutch Farms, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Office Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and transportation operations in Chicago, IL.

You will process driver routes, maintain logistics records, prepare documentation, and communicate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong computer skills and professional communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse office, transportation, inventory, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of ethical and personal responsibility, particularly when handling money and financial documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals across all areas of the business.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and complete reports and documentation using appropriate business communication.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and rotate up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily information from driver routes, including delivered and returned products.
• Prepare and process invoices, cash, checks, charges, and other route-related documentation.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Update inventory and logistics information in the company's computer systems.
• Prepare labels for products received each day.
• Answer incoming calls regarding driver deliveries and pickups, including directing drivers to the appropriate receiving door.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, carriers, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
• Assist with resolving delivery, pickup, and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Coordinate transportation and communicate changes or issues as needed.
• Handle money and route-related financial information with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties using Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and following company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
