Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support dock operations, verify orders and loads, and check in drivers.

Role includes printing BOLs and packing slips, and daily communication with CSRs, calls and emails, while maintaining records of inbounds, schedules, and orders. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and check-in drivers efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain necessary records and track items such as inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules and orders.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Daily communication via telephone calls and emails to internal departments.
• Prioritize and multi-task client requests on a daily basis.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Respond in a prompt and courteous manner to client requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
