Job summary

Salm Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor Logistics Warehouse to manage shipping, receiving and inventory control for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with safety, SQF, GMP and USDA requirements. Located at 590 Woodrow Street, Denmark, WI, with a 2pm-10pm schedule on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

The role oversees training, scheduling, and coordination with carriers, supports annual inventories, and maintains accurate inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ logistics experience.
• Forklift operation experience with license required.
• Experience with lot tracking and traceability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and compliance of direct reports with safety policies.
• Direct daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with trucking firms for on-time delivery.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and proper carrier instructions.
• Maintain finished goods and raw material inventory records.
• Support Lean manufacturing and SQF/GMP/USDA compliance.
• Lead team in Salm Partners values and supervising staff.
• Lead annual physical inventory activities.
