Job summary

Salm Partners in Denmark, WI, is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor Logistics Warehouse to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with SQF, GMP and USDA requirements. The role leads Expediting, Material Handling and Inventory Control Partners and coordinates outbound shipments for on-time delivery.

The supervisor will train staff on the MAS 500 ERP, support safety initiatives and lean practices, and maintain accurate inventory

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 5 years of logistics experience required, preferably in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required; forklift operation experience and forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure safety and policy compliance of direct reports.
• Direct daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities; scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with trucking companies for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate finished goods and raw material inventory.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train staff on MAS 500 ERP and related systems.
