Job summary

US FOODS in Fife, WA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations. You will manage data entry, reporting, and record maintenance to ensure timely freight scheduling and accurate distribution.

The role requires at least two years of warehouse experience, strong communication, math and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 12pm–8:30pm in Fife, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse & delivery procedures required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine warehouse forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound, discrepancy reports, inventory, time sheets, requisitions, shipping labels).
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support staff and customers; respond to inquiries.
• Track and input data on warehouse metrics (shorts, mispicks, damages, service level, overtime).
• Schedule inbound receiving appointments and update delivery sheets; complete inbound/outbound processes.
