Scandinavian Tobacco Group Tobacco Service B.V. in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support a 200,000 sq ft humidified warehouse.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, interfacing with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations and Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and accurate shipments. Applicants should hold a HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office; Dynamics AX or Manhattan SCALE

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1–2 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and ship promptly in the system.
• Identify and correct mismatches between pack slips and shipped items.
• Address inventory issues and ensure timely order processing.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Fulfillment, Customer Service on orders.
• Verify cancellations and shipping methods; assist in prioritization.
• Inspect products flagged in the system before shipment.
