Job summary

Cigars International is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Bethlehem, PA. The role supports multi-channel operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately in a 200,000 sq ft humidified warehouse.

Responsibilities include reviewing pack slips, resolving shipping issues, and collaborating with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to maintain timely deliveries. Requires 1–2 years of related experience and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Able to learn new tools, technology, and processes.
• Detail oriented with accurate data-entry.
• Capable of delivering on-time, quality results under deadlines.
• Excellent communication with internal staff, carriers, and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction.
• Goal-driven to meet key metrics.
• Willingness to learn premium cigar and pipe industry.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Manhattan SCALE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and ship in a timely manner.
• Cross-reference pack slips to shipments and correct errors before shipping.
• Resolve inventory issues affecting order processing.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Fulfillment to ensure timely processing.
• Liaise with Customer Service to verify cancellations and shipping methods.
• Identify product issues and decide if to ship to the customer.
• Ensure flagged products are inspected before shipment.
