Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Hickory, NC seeks a Warehouse Clerk on 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) to ensure accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and a safe, organized facility.

You will work with Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, and Operations to support on-time delivery, proper identification and traceability, and compliance with procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Ability to use barcode scanners, labels, scales, and handheld tools.
• Effective time management and reliability in meeting daily priorities.
• Ability to distinguish colors for inventory identification and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and bin incoming materials according to warehouse locations.
• Move, stock, and organize inventory for efficient material flow.
• Apply labels and ensure traceability of products.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and carts safely.
• Break down and dispose of packing materials to keep areas clean.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Update inventory systems with accurate data.
