Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Materials & Logistics Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm). You will guide daily warehouse operations, mentor clerks, and drive inventory accuracy across receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures on-time delivery and adherence to customer standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, ERP experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving/shipping.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication, organization, and math skills.
• Able to collaborate across departments and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with barcode scanners, labeling systems, and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations for Materials & Logistics Coordinators and Clerks.
• Train and mentor staff on processes, inventory practices, and safety.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, verification, and shipping.
• Record transactions in the ERP system and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cycle counts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Address shipment issues and order fulfillment challenges.
• Prioritize workflow to meet customer requirements and objectives.
• Ensure packaging and shipping comply with customer standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
