Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Coppell, TX to join our World Class Supply Chain Team. You may work in one of six areas, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, with opportunities to move between roles as needed. Shifts run 9:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Pay is $22.45/hour with potential additional compensation for productivity. Staples emphasizes safety and offers full‑time and part‑time benefits, shoes after 60 days,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months related warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to work hours beyond scheduled shift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move it within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties.
• Replenish inventory by moving products within the warehouse.
• Unload trucks and palletize products, confirm accuracy.
• Process returns and match items to packing slips.
• Organize and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipment and load trucks.
