Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Coppell, TX. You will rotate through roles like Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian to support daily operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with a 7:30am–4:00pm Monday–Friday schedule. Full-time opportunities include OT as needed and entry-level qualifications with potential growth within Staples’ logistics network.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
• Able to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Restock shelves by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and prepping the area for the next shift.
• Select and pack products, move totes and cases to conveyor belts while following safety rules.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility.
