Job summary

Cardinal Health Champlin distribution center seeks a Warehouse Associate (Wed-Sat) to support outbound and inbound processes. You will follow SOPs, pick and pack orders, operate RF scanners and forklifts, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Prior material handling equipment experience (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice picking experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC, sort, pallet, pack, and ship.
• Follow directions and shift priorities as needed.
• Pick large and small items with equipment and place on carts.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Report concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
