Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound or outbound activities, aligning with quality, safety, productivity, and standards. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory and following SOPs.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and willingness to train across warehouse areas. OSHA compliance and safety gear are mandatory for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and PIT equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large or small items using material handling equipment as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, reach truck) as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform inventory controls.
• Communicate concerns to management and support team goals.
