Job summary

Cardinal Health in North Carolina is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities, meeting quality and safety standards. You will follow SOPs, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while handling inventory with the WMS and operating equipment as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, overtime flexibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced distribution setting. Training is provided, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Overtime may be required with little to no notice.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and manage inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA rules.
• Participate in cross-training and team meetings; support continuous improvement.
