Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a distribution associate to support its US operations. The role focuses on order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using RF scanning to manage inventory.

Expect a day shift from Monday to Friday, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for base pay, shift differentials, and incentives. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant warehouse experience, and be able to work in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Attendance and punctuality are important.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
