Job summary

Cencora is hiring to support its distribution services in the US. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and shifts four days per week, Sunday through Thursday, with specific start times and end times as work concludes.

Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $24.79 per hour, with opportunities for incentives and referrals. Responsibilities include verifying movement data, updating systems, tracking shipments, preparing dispatch documents, and resolving routine issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes across receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
