Job summary

Staples Promotional Products is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution center operations. You will transfer product, perform inventory counts, replenish stock, and handle shipping, picking and packing tasks.

The role requires basic data entry skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working on a 3:00pm–1:30am shift. We value collaboration, attention to detail, and safety‑driven performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic data entry/computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 50% of the time.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Ability to work at heights at or above 10 feet.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Transfers product within the distribution center so product can be picked efficiently.
• Completes inventory, replenishing and other duties within the distribution center as needed.
• Transfers product within programs by product rank to ensure orders can be picked efficiently.
• Completes warehouse inventories. Scans label on each box and enters correct counts into the scanner.
• Replenishes product by transferring product from bulk bins into picking bins.
• Performs shipping, picking and packing duties within the distribution center as needed.
