Qualifications

• Active New York State Physician Assistant license.
• Active Medicaid ID number required.
• Urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual care setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual urgent care consultations from the office.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR.
