Job summary

VTP is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant to perform ultrasound-guided venous access, PICC/midline insertions, and VAD management across patient sites in the United States. This role emphasizes travel to facilities and observing varied treatment protocols under physician guidance.

The position requires an RN license with BLS, USGIV experience, and a passion for vascular access. Evening/night shifts (12PM-12AM or 2 PM-2 AM) are available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience with vascular access devices (VAD) and ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIV).
• Ability to travel to patient sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Use ECG to confirm PICC tip position and manage vascular access devices.
• Provide a broad range of vascular access support including port access and line removal.
• Educate facility staff on PICCs, midlines and CVAD care.
