Job summary

Towne Park in San Francisco is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage.

You will work Tuesday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM–9:30 PM on a part-time schedule. Base pay is $21.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential after 3 PM and tips; benefits include accident and illness insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and related tasks as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track ticket information.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles and guest interactions.
