Responsibilities

Welcoming patients, families, visitors, and physicians with excellent service.
Answering telephones, call bells, and intercoms; direct requests to the right team.
Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges; maintain patient information.
Enter physician orders and update patient records in the EMR.
Prepare, organize, and maintain unit reports and documentation.
Support daily nursing station operations; manage supplies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team to ensure smooth workflows.
