Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 secretarial experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CNA preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities related to physician visits, tests, and staff schedules.
• Transcribe physician orders into Meditech Order Entry and relay urgent orders to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain and organize medical records per regulations and audits.
• Serve as a resource to staff, patients, families, and visitors with prompt, professional communication.
• Assist in maintaining inventories and requisitioning supplies to help control costs.
• Communicate effectively with residents/patients considering age and needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
