Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential duties include organizing daily activities and scheduling, transcribing physician orders, and maintaining medical records.
• Experience may include 1-2 secretarial roles; CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities related to physician visits, reviews, and appointments.
• Transcribe orders into the Meditech Order Entry module and communicate urgent orders.
• Maintain complete, organized medical records and ensure compliance with audits.
• Serve as a resource to staff, physicians, patients, families, and visitors with professional communication.
• Assist in cost containment through requisitioning supplies and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, patients, and staff, considering age and needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
